If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange on all full priced items within 14 days of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn, unaltered, all original tags attached and free of damages caused by the customer. (No returns on masks, socks and/or any undergarments). All sales on discounted/marked down items(coupon was applied at checkout) are priced for final sale with no returns. If the item that was received is defective due to the manufacturer, we will offer an exchange. Once received, returns or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days.
To process your return or exchange, please email email@example.com with subject line titled: "RETURN REQUEST" with your order number included in the body, and we will email you further instructions. Please include a copy of the invoice with all parcels.
Note that Zebraclub.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
